Honigman’s Kelly T. Murphy earns Client Choice Award
Kelly T. Murphy, a partner in the Intellectual Property Department of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, earned a Client Choice Award for 2015 as designated by the International Law Office, an online resource for corporate counsel, located in London. The Client Choice Award winners are attorneys who clients recognize for their quality, ability to add real value, and excellence in delivering service to clients.
Murphy focuses his practice on patent procurement, regulatory compliance and the negotiation of licensing, collaboration and service agreements for pharmaceutical and technology companies, nonprofits and academic institutions. He also procures and enforces domestic and international patents, conducts due diligence and renders legal opinions on patent validity or non-infringement. Michigan Super Lawyers has recognized Murphy as a “Rising Star” since 2009.
Murphy earned a J.D. from Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America. He also earned an M.S. in molecular biology and a B.S. in biological sciences from Western Michigan University.
