Duly Noted: Two at Grand Rapids Dickinson Wright office named members

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce the election of two new member attorneys to the firm’s Grand Rapids office.

Nicholas Curcio
represents municipalities and businesses in a broad range of transactional and litigation matters. His practice includes negotiating governmental agreements, advising on constitutional and regulatory issues, and litigating in state and federal courts. Curcio has particular expertise in real property and land use matters, including zoning appeals and municipal regulation of vacation rentals and medical marijuana. He
is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, and the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys. He is recognized as a Super Lawyer “Rising Star.” Curcio received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Emily Rysberg practices both family law and municipal law. In her family law practice, Rysberg has significant expertise handling prenuptial agreements, divorce, post-judgment custody disputes, as well as child and spousal support matters. In her municipal practice, Rysberg serves in a general counsel role for many local municipalities. Rysberg has successfully represented both types of clients at the trial court and appellate levels. Rysberg is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. She received her B.S. from University of Michigan and her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
