Save the date for our annual Holiday Open house - December 8th at 934 Clark Street in the Northtown Neighborhood Organization. This magnificent renovation is home to the new Kincaid-Henry offices and the NEO Center - Lansing's first business incubator. Open House runs from 4-7 p.m. The redevelopment of this tax foreclosed property was made possible by accelerated Brownfield Tax Increment Finance reimbursements through the Land Bank and the Ingham County Brownfield Authority. This building started as a bakery, became a print shop that had a sizable Oldsmobile contract and ended it prior life as an internet business. Come see our future!
The Southern Grill Restaurant recently opened in REO Town at 1107 S Washington. 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Great French toast this morning!
