The Veterans Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association conducted the 2013 Veterans Day Commemoration Ceremony on Friday, Nov. 8, at the Oakland County Commissioners Auditorium in Pontiac. Among the participants in the ceremony were (l-r) Bloomfield Hills attorney Michael Schloff, captain, USMC; Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Michael Warren; guest speaker Harry Stewart, lieutenant colonel, U.S. Army, a World War II pilot with the Tuskegee Airmen “Red Tails”; retired Judge Fred Mester, captain, U.S. Army; and James Cunningham, lieutenant, U.S. Navy, with Williams, Williams, Rattner, & Plunkett PC.
