State Rep. Brett Roberts, (R-Charlotte), helped kindergarten students at Arnold Elementary in Michigan Center celebrate March is Reading Month on March 18 with the book, “How Did That Get In My Lunchbox?” Roberts, a sixth-generation farmer with 20 years of experience growing row crops, said relating the story is a highlight for the state’s agriculture industry because almost every food product in the book is grown in Michigan. The lawmaker has several more school reading visits planned in coming weeks.
