The Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA) will host a virtual luncheon meeting on Tuesday, October 20, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
Attendees will hear from USPTO Administrative Patent Judge David McKone, who will be speaking about his experience on the USPTO Patent Trial & Appeal Board, and about how COVID-19 has affected PTAB hearings.
MIPLA encourages attendees to join early at noon for 15 minutes of marketing through Zoom breakout rooms. The substantive program will follow at 12:15 p.m.
