The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) Great Lakes-Midwest District Detroit Field Office along with the Federal Trade Commission and the State Bar of Michigan will present an informational webinar titled “Unauthorized Practice of Immigration Law/Avoid Scams.”
The online program will be offered Tuesday, July 20, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. via Zoom
This event will give participants an opportunity to listen to, and ask questions of, federal and state officials familiar with this subject.
Topics include immigration scams, how to avoid them, and, which federal and state government agencies the public can reach out to regarding victims of UPIL/Immigration Scams.
There will be a Q&A session at the end of the webinar.

Registrants will be emailed the link to the virtual webinar platform that will be used for this event.
