The Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan will present a webinar on "Advanced OWI Prosecution" Thursday, February 17, from 8 a.m. noon via Zoom.
This half-day seminar will cover some of the following areas:
• MSP Toxicology Laboratory Update
• Cross Examining Defense Experts in OWI Cases
• Qualifying an Expert Through a Daubert Hearing
The webinar is designed for prosecutors, assistant prosecutors, law enforcement and traffic safety personnel.

After registering attendees will receive a confirmation email from Zoom containing instructions on how to join the training.
The training handouts, if any, will be made available on the day of the training. The link to handouts will be provided upon registration.
