The American Bar Association’s International Law Section Immigration & Naturalization Committee will present the webinar “Hot Topics in Immigration Law 2022: The First Year of President Biden’s Administration” on Tuesday, March 15, beginning at 10 a.m. via Zoom.
The webinar will focus on current trends in U.S Immigration Law and setbacks for the past year.
The discussion will touch on topics such as the border; Ukraine, Haitian, Afghan Refugees; COVID 19 and the impact on the USCIS, DHS, ICE, CBP, DOS and EOIR; difficulties in employment adjudication and how open is America for business’ Article 1 Courts; and predictions for the upcoming year.
Speaking at the webinar will be Allen Orr, current president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association; along with moderator Hardeep Sull, Managing Partner, Sull and Associates.
