COUNTY ROAD ABANDONMENT
At a regular meeting of the Board of County Road Commissioners of Muskegon County held on March 15, 2023, the following described right of way was abandoned, pursuant to MCL 224.18:
MEINERT ROAD, (as platted, Blue Lake Avenue, Supervisor’s Plat of NW ¼ of Section 11) west of Nichols Road to the shore of Big Blue Lake, Sections 2 & 11, Town 12 North, Range 16 West, Blue Lake Township, Muskegon Township, Muskegon County, Michigan.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of four public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission at a scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regard-ing the following requests:
1. Zoning ordinance amendment proposed for Sec. 48-66, Division 2 “Special Land Use Permits”.
2. Nederveld, Inc., on behalf of the property Owner, is requesting a land division for the property north of 3732 Wickham Dr.
3. Dickinson Wright, LLC, on behalf of the leaseholder, is requesting a Special Use Permit to open an ophthalmology office at 5797 Harvey St.
4. Bill Carlston, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a land division for the property at 3695 Waalkes St.
