The Michigan Association for Justice will present “State Actor Claims & Court of Claims Notification Requirements - Lunch & Learn” online Thursday, May 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. via Zoom.

The discussion will delve into the recent ruling that all state actor claims, including ELCRA and PWDCRA claims, need to follow the Court of Claims notification requirement. MAJ employment attorneys will discuss any issues this ruling may create for current and future cases.
