Clark Hill combines with Los Angeles firm

International law firm Clark Hill recently announced that it has combined with Barton Klugman & Oetting LLP, a Los Angeles boutique firm long recognized for its finance, transactional and litigation practices, effective today. Ten former Barton Klugman attorneys will join colleagues in Clark Hill’s downtown LA offices.
