Yue (April) Li, has joined Mika Meyers PLC, as an associate. Li specializes in business and commercial law, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and commercial litigation.
She received her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law..
Li obtained an LL.M from UCLA School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law. She is also licensed to practice law in Michigan and Iowa and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
