LANSING (AP) -- The Michigan Supreme Court has held a special session to present and dedicate a portrait of former Chief Justice Clifford Taylor.
The Wednesday ceremony honored Taylor, who served on the court from 1997 through 2008.

Taylor lost a re-election bid in 2008 to Democrat-nominated Diane Hathaway.
