Patent prosecution options examined

The Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA) conducted a monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 10, at the Westin Southfield featuring guest speaker Paul Kitch (center).

Welcoming him to the lunch event were (left to right) MIPLA Treasurer Kristin Murphy of Rader, Fishman, & Grauer PLLC; and U.S. District Court Magistrate Mona K. Majzoub, Eastern District of Michigan.

Kitch, a partner with Nixon Peabody in Chicago, spoke on the topic of “Eeny, Meeny, Miny, MOVE!  Taking the Guess Work Out of Selecting from the Plethora of Accelerated Patent Prosecution Options.”  His patent practice focuses on prosecution and litigation involving complex technology.
