'Health Care Reform' focus of OCBA program

The Oakland County Bar Association's Employee Benefits and Employment Law Committees present "Health Care Reform: Is Your Business Prepared?" on Tuesday, Feb. 26, from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Topics will include: * W-2 Reporting Requirements. * Increased FICA Tax. * Cafeteria Plan Changes. * 90-Day Waiting Period. * The Play-or-Pay Mandate. * Medical Loss Rebates. * Updates to the Affordable Care Act. * Important Updates Every Employee Handbook Should Have. Panelists will include Butzel Long attorneys Thomas L. Shaevsky and Roberta P. Granadier, Gabriel S. Marinaro of Dykema Gossett, and Michelle D. Bayer of Michelle D. Bayer PLC.
