Teen, accomplice found guilty in double-murder

PONTIAC (AP) -- A teenager and his 23-year-old accomplice have been convicted in the shooting deaths of two women in their Pontiac home. An Oakland County Circuit Court jury has found 16-year-old Semaj Moran guilty of first-degree murder and Arnold Howard guilty of second-degree murder. Moran's sealed verdict was read Tuesday after Howard's jury returned its verdict. Authorities have said 52-year-old Loretta Fournier and 57-year-old Luann Robinson were shot to death in February 2012 because Moran was upset that he was given a fake $10 bill in exchange for marijuana. Fournier was shot three times in her first-floor apartment. Robinson was pushed down the stairs from her second-floor apartment and shot. Moran was 15 at the time of the slayings.
