Leasing Boot Camp offered by Real Property Law Section, Jan. 23
The Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will present Leasing Boot Camp-Part 1 as part of its "Groundbreakers" Breakfast Roundtable Series on Thursday, Jan. 23, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Townsend Hotel, 100 Townsend Street in Birmingham.
This program will explore various aspects of leasing real estate with a focus primarily on commercial leases. Along with Part 2 in the spring, it will provide a comprehensive overview of the more critical areas a practitioner needs to understand in order to effectively represent the client, whether the landlord or tenant, in negotiating and drafting today's leases.
