Committees to present ways to avoid uncapping real state taxes in March

The Oakland County Bar Association’s Probate Estate &?Trusts, Real Estate, and Tax Committees will present “To Keep It in the Family—Ways to Avoid Uncapping Real Estate Taxes” on Tuesday, March 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.

This seminar will inform participants of new opportunities to avoid uncapping real estate taxes in estate planning, elder law planning, and other family-intensive situations.  Speaking at the program will be George W. Gregory and Harley D. Manela.

Pre-registration cost for the program is $45 for OCBA members, $32 for OCBA new lawyers, and $60 for all non-members.  At the door the cost is $60 for OCBA members, $42 for OCBA new lawyers, and $80 for all non-members.
