The Criminal Law Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association continued its Anatomy of a Criminal Case—Year XVI brown bag lunch lecture series with “Trial Tactics: Direct and Cross Examinations” featuring Mitchell Ribitwer of Ribitwer & Sabbota LLP on Tuesday, Feb. 17, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. “I’m going to be discussing both direct and cross examination,” Ribitwer said. “We’re going to try and teach a few techniques and give the participants a resource where they might be able to go and become better cross examiners and better lawyers.”
