Butzel Long attorney Ira E. Hoffman will be featured during two free programs at the Macomb-OU INCubator on Thursday, October 22, in Sterling Heights.
Hoffman's first program, which starts with registration at 8:30 a.m., is titled "Going Global Safely: Capturing International Business and Avoiding Pitfalls." He will discuss strategies for growing international sales, while avoiding unfamiliar hazards.
His second program, which begins with registration at 11:30 a.m., is titled "We Are All Vulnerable: Legal and Business Strategies for Mitigating Cyber Risk." Hoffman will present legal and other practical strategies for mitigating a company's liability in the event of a cyber breach.
