This program features a panel of legal and corporate sustainability experts using an engaging case-history approach to teach attendees how corporations, municipalities and universities currently execute sustainability plans.
Panelists include Scott Beckerman, Comerica senior vice president & chief sustainability officer; Julie Bogas, partner in Sustainability Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers; William Hall, director of Sustainability and Kyle Jones, chief environmental counsel at FCA US LLC; and Professor Joseph Veryser, Lawrence Technological University Center for Sustainability. Emile Lauzanna, director of the Detroit Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council, will moderate.
The panel will discuss the importance of sustainability, the value proposition of sustainability for businesses, governmental bodies overseeing sustainability and the role of consulting firms in instituting a new corporate policy.
