Monday, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed Senate Bill 630 into law.
Senate Bill 630 amends the Public Health Code to establish a licensing and regulation structure for wholesale distributor-brokers of pharmaceuticals. The bill was sponsored by Senator John Bizon, R-Battle Creek.
