Alternative Dispute Resolution Section plans Virtual Annual Meeting

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar of Michigan is excited to present the 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting & ADR Conference on Friday and Saturday, October 16-17.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused everyone to be flexible and learn new social media skills. ADR practitioners are among the leaders in adapting to the virtual world. The ADR Section's program recognizes the need to continue to offer advanced skills building, updates on the law, and also to address some important issues that intersect diversity and neutrality for providers. The section will also be honoring its award winners during the conference.

As in the past, up to 11 advanced mediation training credits will be offered. Because the Annual Meeting and Conference are virtual, participants will be able to attend each program, rather than having to choose a track.

There is no charge for ADR Section members and non-members can attend for $40. To review the schedule and presenters, or to register for the 2020 Annual Meeting, Conference, and Section Awards, visit https://connect.michbar.org/adr/home and click on "events."
