The online program will feature keynote speaker Michigan Court of Appeals Judge Cynthia Stephens.  WMU-Cooley Professor Joseline Hardrick will present a historical overview of Juneteenth. WMU-Cooley President and Dean James McGrath will make the introductions. There will also be a question and answer period.
