Attorneys to provide 2022 projections in auto industry

Clark Hill will present the webinar “2022 Projections in the North American Auto Industry” on Wednesday, February 2, beginning at 1 p.m. via Zoom.

  • Ongoing supply chain concerns, including port delays and trucker/worker shortage
  • Potential trade war around electric vehicle incentives
  • Workers’ rights and U.S. trade policy
  • USMCA rules of origin
  • Chip shortage developments

Among the speakers at the webinar will be Linda M. Watson, chair, Automotive & Manufacturing Industry Team, of Clark Hill’s Birmingham office.  Other industry panelists will include Aristeo Lopez, senior counsel, Clark Hill; Guillermo Malpica Soto, undersecretary of Industry and Trade / State of Puebla, Mexico; Jesus Rascón, chairman of the Board / Automotive Cluster Puebla-Tlaxcala, CLAUZ.  Clark Hill Member Mark R. Ludwikowski will moderate the panel.
