The Wayne County Criminal Defense Bar Association recently elected officers for the 2010-2011 term. Pictured at a Clerk's Appreciation Luncheon held Wednesday at the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice are new officers (l-r) Susan F. Reed, director at large; Nicole Holmes, treasurer; William J. Winters III, president; Christine M. Grand, director at large; and Steven Bullock, secretary. The WCCDBA represents member attorneys who practice primarily criminal law in Wayne County Circuit Court. On its agenda for the coming year will be working with the Michigan legislature on indigent defense reform as well as providing continuing legal education programs for members. The WCCDBA is also holding a membership drive lasting through September.
