Sclafani joined the firm in 2008 and focuses his practice on all aspects of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, copyrights, with a primary focus on patent application preparation and prosecution. He earned his law degree from Wayne State University Law School.

Sclafani is the vice president of Finance on the Executive Board of the Wayne State University Law Alumni Association and a member of the Italian American Bar Association of Michigan.

Klug joined the firm in 2008 and focuses her practice on all forms of intellectual property including, but not limited to, patent prosecution and procurement, trademarks, copyrights, IP litigation, trade secrets, trade dress, licensing, contracts and foreign IP matters. Klug earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan - Dearborn.

Klug is the current recording secretary for the Women’s Bar Association and is active in the Oakland County Bar Association, Animal Law Defense Fund, Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association, Women’s Lawyer’s Association of Michigan and Inforum Professional Women’s Alliance.

John Anderson was recognized by Martindale Hubble as a Best Lawyer in America 2013. Khalilah V. Spencer, a partner in Honigman, Miller, Schwartz, and Cohn LLP’s Litigation Department, has been named one of FrontPage Detroit’s 40 under 40 for 2012.

Spencer has experience in a wide variety of complex commercial and employment litigation matters in federal and state courts and in arbitration. She has represented individuals and public and private companies in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, financial services, telecommunications, logistics and real estate.

She is a member of the executive committee of the Detroit Branch of the NAACP, chair of its Legal Redress Committee and a co-advisor of its Detroit Youth Council. In addition, Spencer is a member of the executive committee for Gilda’s Club of Metropolitan Detroit.
