Wayne Law hosted a reception in New York City on May 6 and featured special guest Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. Among those in attendance were Brian Aquart, ’09, who met
the justice and Interim Dean Jocelyn Benson. Aquart is an agency attorney with the NYC Fire Department’s Equal Employment Opportunity Office, where he investigates allegations of employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
He also conducts compliance inspections of fire department facilities and helps develop, coordinate and instruct the EEO refresher and management training modules for department employees.
