The Oakland County Bar Association, in a partnership with the D. Augustus Straker Bar Association and Oakland County Youth Assistance, concluded its free Legal Aid Clinics on Tuesday, May 7, at Avondale Meadows in Rochester Hills. Taking part were (l-r) Waterford attorney Phil Fabrizio, Wayne State University Law School Director of Employer Development Kathy Fox, John Mooney of Mooney & Gilboe PC, Rochester attorney Mona Jabr, Mark Harper of Gifford, Krass, Sprinkle, Anderson, & Citkowski PC; and Amanda Breasbois of Engle & Associates PC. During the free clinics, attorneys and legal aid providers were on-site to provide basic legal information as well as brief advice and counsel in the areas of juvenile, family, probate, criminal, general civil, and landlord/tenant matters.
