Raising the Bar

 Raising the Bar, an educational series raising employer awareness of current issues in employment and labor law and presented by Nemeth Law PC, addressed recent developments during its Wednesday, Jan. 22, “2014 Labor and Employment Law Update” at the Southfield Westin. Speaking at the program were Nemeth attorneys (l-r) Terry Bonnette and Cliff Hammond. “Each year Nemeth Law presents an annual employment 

and labor law update,” Bonnette noted.  “We think January is a good time for people to take a look back over the previous year, and the developments in labor and employment law, and see how that’s going to affect policy and procedure in the coming year.”
