Among those taking part in the forum were (l-r) Stephen Sinas of Sinas, Dramis, Brake, Boughton, &?McIntyre PC who discussed “Medical Providers and the Reasonable Charge Requirement Under MCL 00.3107(1)(a)”; Heather Antip of Antip &?Associates PLLC who covered “Relationship Between Plaintiff Attorney and Provider”; Wayne Miller of Miller &?Tischler PC who examined “Provider’s Right to Direct Action”; and moderator David Christensen of Christensen Law.
