The Federal Bar Association (FBA), Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, conducted the 2015 Wade Hampton McCree Jr. Award Luncheon on Thursday, Feb. 26, at the Westin Book Cadillac Hotel in Detroit. This year’s event honored John Van Camp (center), president and CEO of Southwest Housing Solutions. Among those congratulating Van Camp were Seth Lloyd (left) of Oakwood Healthcare Inc. and FBA President Tom Schehr (right) of Dykema Gossett PLLC. Southwest Housing Solutions began in 1979 and is a leader in the planning, development, and management of affordable housing and commercial property in southwest Detroit. Its mission is to revitalize the community through collaborative, innovative, and high-quality projects, and by promoting homeownership.
