Law firm offers 3rd Annual Connected Car Symposium

Connected and autonomous car technology is evolving at a brisk pace, yet there is still a great deal of uncertainty about the capabilities of these vehicles. Considering this, the Third Annual Butzel Long Connected Car Symposium will provide expert insight on the latest developments.

A half-day program will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, at Zingerman’s Greyline, located at 100 N. Ashley Street in Ann Arbor. The cost is $99 per person and includes a networking lunch.

Feature presenters include Butzel Long attorneys Jennifer Dukarski, Catherine Karol, Claudia Rast, Daniel Rustmann, David Devine and Mitch Zajac.

“In light of recent autonomous events, we will look at liability and ethical design strategies while keeping an eye on some of the hottest emerging trends in privacy and security, including the use of blockchain and smart contracts,” said Jennifer Dukarski, leader of Butzel Long’s Connected Car Working Group.

This program is designed for anyone in the connected automotive world .
