Attorney Jon Broadworth was remembered at a gathering of friends and family Thursday, June 2.
Jon Allen Broadworth, age 65, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, May 3, 2016, with his beloved dog, Roadie, by his side. Cremation has taken place.
Jon graduated from Cooley Law School in 1979 and from there went on to practice law in Flint until 2007. Jon also had former branch offices in Grand Blanc, Roseville, Pontiac, and Huntington Woods. He began his practice dealing mainly with domestic law matters and then specialized in bankruptcy cases. After practicing law, Jon retired to Florida and then to San Diego. He and his dog had just moved back to Michigan to be with family and friends.
Jon is survived by his sister, Katie Coleman of Davison, and brother, David Broadworth of Fenton.
