Miller Johnson is pleased to welcome Isidore U. Okoro and Jessica M. Fields as part of the firm’s administrative team. Okoro is the Director of Information Technology (IT) and Fields is the Library Information Services Manager. Both have offices in Grand Rapids.
Okoro moved to west Michigan from the Chicago area where he had previous management experience in IT at two Chicago area law firms—Mayer Brown, and Freeborn and Peters LLP. His extensive technology background includes project management, web development, IT infrastructure design and implementation, and SharePoint design.
Okoro is a Project Manager Professional (PMP) earning the industry-recognized certification from the Project Management Institute. He attended Illinois Institute of Technology.
Fields has significant experience as a law librarian having worked at Thomas M. Cooley Law School as well as another Grand Rapids firm. She serves as Webmaster for the Michigan Chapter of the American Association of Law Libraries (MichALL) and as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Grand Rapids Association of Law Librarians (GRALL). She earned her Master’s in Library and Information Science from Wayne State University and her BS in Legal Studies from Grand Valley State University.
