“Santa Brings a Lawsuit” 2014
Schnelker, Rassi & McConnell, PLC is conducting the 16th annual Santa Brings a Lawsuit© this holiday season. The goal is to provide men’s and women’s business suits to job counseling centers. Suits will be delivered to Goodwill Employment Training and Placement Services which provides, among other things, adult education and job training to the economically disadvantaged who often do not have appropriate clothes for job interviews or work.
Schnelker, Rassi & McConnell asks people to donate unwanted (but dry cleaned) business suits to the firm for delivery to Goodwill. Business shoes, cleaned and pressed shirts, and ties are also appreciated. Schnelker, Rassi & McConnell asks that you have the suits delivered to their office at 44 Grandville Ave. SW, Suite 380, Dec. 1-19. Daniels joins Miller Johnson Business Section
In October, Miller Johnson welcomed Dustin J. Daniels as a Member in the Grand Rapids office. Daniels is continuing his corporate law practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, joint ventures, commercial contracting, corporate counseling, and other business transactions. He has significant experience in negotiating, documenting and executing private merger and acquisition transactions, ranging from representing businesses located in West Michigan in their sell-side auction processes to representing financial buyers in their national acquisition mandates. Daniels earned a J.D. summa cum laude from Michigan State College of Law and a B.S. in chemical engineering from Michigan Tech-
nological University.
His experience adds strength to Miller Johnson’s well-established corporate practice group, which represents a wide-ranging spectrum of clients including international corporations, private equity groups and closely held businesses.
