PulteGroup, Inc. names Warner Norcross law firm of the year
PulteGroup, Inc, one of America’s largest homebuilding companies, has named Warner Norcross & Judd LLP its 2015 Law Firm of the Year.
The Atlanta-based company, which has operations in approximately 50 markets throughout the country, recognized Warner Norcross for its employee benefits work. The award was presented during Pulte’s recent
Legal Summit and highlighted the work of:
Mary Jo Larson, client service manager for Pulte who oversees a Warner Norcross team of seven attorneys and staff focused on employee benefits issues for the approximately 4,000-employee firm
Lisa Zimmer, who helped with special projects
Jennifer Watkins, who assisted with compensation and employee benefit issues related to the company’s transition to Atlanta
Norbert Kugele and April Goff, who focused on health care reform and other welfare issues

During 2015, Warner Norcross assisted PulteGroup with numerous projects related to their employee benefit plans. The firm proactively developed a value pricing plan that allowed Pulte greater budgeting control and better expense management. Warner Norcross also provided support during the company’s move from Michigan to Georgia, assisted with the search for a new investment manager for Pulte’s 401(k) plan, ensured the company was in compliance with changes mandated by the Affordable Care Act, and other related projects. Pulte also noted Warner Norcross for its diversity and inclusion initiatives.
