Chambers USA?2017 recognizes Warner Norcross as a leading Michigan law firm
Warner Norcross and Judd LLP has again been recognized as one of the leading law firms in Michigan by Chambers USA 2017.
For the 15th consecutive year, Warner Norcross was ranked as one of Michigan’s leading law firms in the areas of banking and finance, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, employee benefits and executive compensation, general commercial litigation and real estate. Nominations sought for Governor’s Service Awards
The Michigan Community Service Commission (MCSC) announces that nominations are sought for the 2017 Governor’s Service Awards, given annually by the governor to individuals, organizations and businesses to acknowledge their commitment to serving their communities through volunteerism. This marks the 25th year of the awards, to be presented at a celebration organized by the MCSC on Aug. 21 in Detroit.
The nomination is an online application available at www.michigan.gov/governorsserviceawards. Nominations must be submitted by 5 p.m. March 20.
In 2017, awards will be presented in 11 categories which reflect the diverse nature of volunteers throughout the state. The categories are Governor George Romney Lifetime Achievement Award, Lifetime Humanitarian Award, Senior Volunteer of the Year Award, Volunteer of the Year Award, Youth Volunteer of the Year Award, Mentor of the Year Award, Outstanding Volunteer Organization Award (can be service clubs, nonprofit, faith-based, veteran, or other), Education Service Leader Award, Outstanding National Service Program Award, Corporate Community Leader Award, and Small Business Community Leader.
