The ICBA Young Lawyers Section will hold a Motion Call Wednesday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 27, hosted by Judge Joyce Draganchuk at her morning criminal docket in her third floor courtroom at 313 W. Kalamazoo St., in Lansing.
Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of JudgeDraganchuk after the docket concludes.
No prior knowledge is required to attend.
Attendees may attend just a portion of the event if necessary.
Information will be sent out to review the day before the event and practitioners will be present to answer simple procedural or legal questions.
ICBA membership is not required, and the event is open to all members of the legal community including lawyers, law students, legal support staff and aspiring legal support staff.
This educational program will be held approximately once a month and alternate between civil and criminal dockets.
