New Board

The Shareholders of Fraser Trebilcock, one of Michigan's longest-established full-service law firms, have elected Brian P. Morley as president of the firm. Previously, Morley served as vice president of the Board of Directors. A magna cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, Morley joined the firm after spending nearly a decade as a police officer. His current primary areas of practice address Criminal Law as well as Family Law. He is currently serving on the State Bar of Michigan Character and Fitness Standing Committee, having been involved with this Character and Fitness Committee for a number of years. Shareholders H. Kirby Albright and Elizabeth H. Latchana have been re-elected and will serve as vice presidents, Edward J. Castellani will serve as treasurer, and Mark E. Kellogg will serve as secretary.
