The East Lansing law firm of Chartier & Nyamfukudza, P.L.C. was honored at the Davis-Dunnings Bar Association’s 21st Annual Otis M. Smith Scholarship Banquet. Mary Chartier was honored with the Distinguished Barrister Award and Takura Nyamfukudza received a surprise award from the DDBA president for his outstanding work. The DDBA is a bar association formed to provide support to African-American attorneys in Mid-Michigan by providing networking and professional development opportunities.
