Luncheon, Candidates Forum to be held Sept. 15

 The Jackson County Chamber’s Economic Club Committee will hold an Economic Club Luncheon: Candidates Forum from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 15 at the Cascades Manor House, 1970 Kibby Road in Jackson.

The forum will feature  candidates for U.S. Congress, State Senate and State Representatives for the Jackson County area. 
Topics will include road funding, consolidation of taxing authorities, federal assistance to maintain infrastructure and comply with federal mandates and federal reimbursements for healthcare services.
The audience will be given a chance to ask questions as well.
The cost is $25 for Jackson County Chamber of Commerce members and $45 for potential members.
