NALS of Jackson County held its monthly meeting May 19, and enjoyed a presentation by guest speakers Jake Stressman (left) and Newell Turpel, case managers from the Jackson County Recovery Court and Veterans Treatment Court Track. NALS will hold its next meeting noon to 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 16, at the Jackson Food Pantry, 701 Greenwood, when the pantry’s Executive Director Mark Smith will be the guest speaker. Attendees are asked to bring a bag lunch and a dollar donation or canned goods for the food pantry.
