The Jackson Area Recovery Community/Home of New Vision will host a free event, “Recovery Is,” from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 22, at 407 W. Michigan Ave., Jackson.
A speaker-led discussion, Exploring Multiple Pathways, will include presentations on Spirituality, Healthy Living/Holistic, 12 Step, Medication Assisted Treatment, and SMART.
A cookout and dance will follow the presentations.
In further news, JARC will host the 5th Annual Walk for Recovery on August 17.
