The Family Service and Children’s Aid (FSCA) of Jackson County, newly located at 306 W. Michigan Ave., Jackson, celebrated its 75th anniversary and the opening of the new office with an event on Sept. 26. The multi-service organization serves more than 10,000 persons annually and is a vital support for individuals, families and children of any socioeconomic background experiencing social, emotional and family problems.
