AWARE, Inc. invites community members to its 42nd Annual Meeting and Open House. The annual meeting is open to the public and provides opportunity for friends and supporters to learn about services offered, and to meet staff and board members.
The event will be held 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26 in the administrative office building adjacent to the shelter at 704 W. Michigan Ave.
The open house includes a tour of the shelter. Coffee and Iight refreshments will be served.
AWARE's mission is to eliminate domestic and sexual violence while promoting social change and empowering survivors by offering free shelter and services. AWARE is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization and a United Way partner.
