Volunteers needed for local food distribution

For several months, United Way has been working alongside partners, volunteers and food pantries across Jackson County to coordinate food distribution to those in need. Volunteers are vital to getting this food ready for distribution.

Over the next 10 Saturdays, volunteers will be unloading semi-trailers at the headquarters at 536 N. Jackson Street, and help is needed—please consider signing up for one (or several) Saturdays and spreading the word to others.

Details and an online signup form are here: tinyurl.com/FoodVolunteerJxn.
