Landon joins Curtis, Curtis & Brelinski

Curtis, Curtis & Brelinski, P.C., celebrating its 120th year serving the greater Jackson community and soon to open a Lansing office, has added attorney Jeffrey T. Landon and his assistant, Heather Kimbrell.
Landon joined in February. Previously, he worked for Lange & Donovan, PLLP in North Dakota, followed by Farhat & Story, P.C., in Lansing.

Landon assists individuals and businesses with a variety of issues, including bankruptcy, business law, collections, criminal, divorce and custody, driver license restoration, estate planning, expungement, general civil, landlord-tenant law, liquor control, and real estate.

He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Character & Fitness Committee.

Landon graduated with a BSc., magna cum laude, from Eastern Michigan University, obtained his MBA from EMU, and his JD, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. While attending MSU Law, he gained a wide range of experience in the Michigan Tax Tribunal, a County Public Defender's Office, and a County Prosecutor's Office. Landon’s assistant, Heather E. Kimbrell, worked for nearly 17 years for Farhat & Story, P.C. in Lansing, providing legal support in a variety of areas including family law, post-judgment matters, civil litigation, real estate, business formation, estate planning, collections, and landlord tenant matters, along with many other administrative responsibilities.
