The Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association (MMLA) – Southeast Chapter hosted a membership luncheon recently in Southfield featuring guest speaker Michael Bouchard (third from left), Oakland County sheriff and candidate for governor. Welcoming Bouchard to the lunch were (left to right) Jennifer Plagens with Radian Guaranty Inc., chapter board member; Mike Fontana with Guaranteed Rate Inc., chapter president; Wendy Minter with DartAppraisal.com, chapter luncheon chair; Ryan Evans with Consumer Loan Services, chapter board member; and Brian Ludtke with Wetzel Trott Inc., chapter immediate past president. “It’s great to be with the folks in this industry,” said Bouchard. “It’s a critical industry as it relates to the economic recovery of this state to have capital available for people to purchase homes and be part of the marketplace.”
